SMEs apply to BAS Programme Armenia and/or the BAS team contacts SMEs

SMEs are interviewed by BAS team and consulting needs are defined

Project Proposal and accompanying documents are submitted to BAS Armenia office

Enterprise eligibility is assessed and notification to client made (in max. 4 weeks)

Terms of Reference for advisory services specifying inputs and outputs is developed

A suitably qualified consultant is selected jointly by SME and BAS

Enterprise financial contribution to project cost is agreed and Grant Agreement is signed

Project implementation is supervised and monitored by BAS team

Final report is submitted and approved by SME; subsidy payment by BAS is made

One year after project disbursement, a Completion Report is prepared reviewing the consultant's recommendations, actions taken and resulting benefits.
